These terms cover the vantanexus.com website and the "Lie" book series, published by Vanta Nexus (ABN 44 249 875 114), Brisbane, Australia. Use of the Frank app (franklife.app) is governed by its own Terms of Service inside the app.

The books are information, not advice

The books and everything on this site are for education and information. They are not medical, financial, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation. Decisions about your health, your money, and your work are yours, made with the professionals you choose. See a doctor before changing how you eat, train, or medicate.

Buying the books

Kindle and print editions are sold by Amazon under Amazon's terms of sale. Anything sold directly from this site is processed by Stripe and delivered digitally. Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you hold under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply automatically and cannot be signed away.

The mailing lists

Lists on this site do what they say at the point of signup and nothing more. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

Intellectual property

The books, the site, and everything on them are copyright © Luke McConachy / Vanta Nexus. Quote a reasonable passage with attribution any time; republishing chapters or the free PDF wholesale is not on.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your Australian Consumer Law rights, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information in the books or on this site. The site is provided as-is and may change or go offline without notice.
