Books bought on Amazon

Kindle and print copies bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon's own return and refund policy, handled entirely by Amazon through your Amazon account. We cannot issue refunds for Amazon purchases from here.

Digital purchases made directly from us

If you bought a digital edition directly from this site and the file is faulty, the wrong product, or otherwise not what was described, email hello@franklife.app and we will fix it or refund it in full. Changed your mind within 24 hours of a direct purchase? Email us — we are reasonable about it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits the consumer guarantees you hold under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet those guarantees you are entitled to the remedies the law provides, regardless of anything written here.
